WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
For items stored in inventory, your order will ship within 48-hours and you will receive email notification. Custom imprinted orders (apparel) take a little longer as we pool the orders and place them weekly. It is then about 2-3 weeks production time for them to be embroidered or screen printed. We promise to ship them as quickly as possible.
WHAT IS THE RETURN, EXCHANGE, AND REFUND POLICY?
How to Return or Exchange Items:
To initiate an exchange or return, please email email@example.com and include your order number, which item(s) you would like to exchange or return, and a reason for the return.
Upon receipt of your email, you will be contacted by a representative from our Fulfillment Company (Buzztag) with instructions on shipping your return.
A full refund, excluding original shipping charges, will be issued on returned items received back to our Fulfillment Center within 21 business days. We do not refund shipping costs for returned items, unless the item is defective.
A refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Refunds are typically processed 1 to 2 business days after we receive the returned item(s). When you receive your credit depends on your financial institution. Generally, however, most credits will be posted to an account within 2-4 days after we submit your refund.
